Lyta Door Panel

Lyta Door Panels are a semi solid closed cell door panel which is light weight but rigid and stable. This takes our Lyta Panel and adds a FJ Pine perimeter frame to make a door panel. Core thicknesses are either 25mm or 30mm and available skin thickness options are 3mm, 4.75mm, 6mm and 9mm.

Sizes range up to 3600mm x 1200mm or 3000mm x 1800mm. These are made to a nominated size with a small amount of over trim and can have extra pine rails or stiles to suit specific hardware requirements. Lyta Door Panels can be supplied with raw MDF faces or painting, Natural Timber veneer finishes and can be laminated with HPL laminate or foils.

If a solid core construction is required the Lyta Core can be replaced with a solid MDF core.
